The Healthcare Solutions Team at Fire & Life Safety America ensures all inspection reports are compliant with applicable accrediting organization requirements, and stays up to date with changes in these standards.  FLSA Healthcare Technicians are in constant communication with the customer during an inspection or service call.

All inspection frequencies meet the scheduled timeframe requirements so the device inventory is consistent during each inspection, and all documentation is ready and available at all times for a survey or audit.

“I do like that you send the same technician [as] he is excellent in product knowledge and very professional, courteous and prompt.” – Susan Dunn, Director of Bon Secours Hospice House

FLSA understands the urgency of addressing deficiencies the day they are discovered and coordinate with customers immediately to implement a plan for correcting any failed devices.

“All the [technicians] were great. They checked in and out daily and let me know if there were any problems or concerns.”  – Phil Arthur, Director of Facilities, HCA TriStar Medical Center

Overall, we understand the lifecycles of inspections, value our relationships with customers, and strive to exceed expectations across the board.

“[I am] very happy with [the] services and performance.” – Clarisa Lemke, Director of Facilities Operations, UNC Rockingham Health Center
