Government Fire Protection

Government Fire Protection Services

As a leading fire safety company, Fire & Life Safety America is ready to provide the following services and advantages to your government agency:

  • Consolidated procurement process by utilizing the GSA schedule for test, inspection and service of life and fire protection systems
  • Streamline communication as a “one stop shop” life safety service provider
  • Increase service efficiencies and decrease risk by providing a trusted and reliable reporting structure

Fire & Life Safety America has been a trusted partner for many years now. Prior to FLSA, we had numerous companies servicing our fire alarm and sprinkler systems. The reporting we received from those outfits was just unacceptable. It was their online reporting system that really attracted us to FLSA. It has provided such a relief to have the reports so readily accessible and easily shared with our management team. Their inspectors and techs are knowledgeable and do a fine job explaining any areas of concern with us.

Your Safety is Our Priority

Fire & Life Safety America is one of the largest and most respected single source fire alarm and fire suppression service providers in the United States. Our highly trained, licensed and NICET II/III/IV certified professionals provide unparalleled responsiveness, vast technical expertise, full resources, and the support of an outstanding management team that is ready to serve you when and where you need us the most. FLSA provides comprehensive single-source solutions, the one-stop business and delivery model is perfectly suited to the government marketplace.

Single Source Selection Process

Having secured agreements with the General Services Administration (GSA), several federal contracting vehicles (MACC, BPA, IDIQ, MATOC, etc.), FLSA is able to offer a channel to pre-approved pricing and preferred services used by government procurement officers while reducing paperwork and quickening the procurement process. State specific agreements, such as TXMAS create an immediate contracting avenue between FLSA and state purchasing agents for fire and life safety services allowing a swift single source selection process to take place.

Building Reports Inspection Service

The Federal Government Services program was established to formally support our Federal Government customers. As we expanded our Government customer base we recognized the need to provide customized solutions to meet the Federal Government business needs. FLSA’s Building Reports Inspection Service provides several advantages for our Government customers. Using a handheld device, our inspectors establish an inventory of all accessible devices in the building and upload that information for 24/7 access onto our Building Reports Service Web portal. Building Reports also retains the results of all building tests and inspections which can be utilized to prioritize identified discrepancies by risk and cost. The information on Building Reports can now be used as a forecasting tool to identify future maintenance expenses that otherwise would have gone unplanned. Customers may access reports and support 24/7 online, so you are never without the information you need – when you need it.

Our success has been earned by having built a strong organization that possesses a communal passion for life safety and a steadfast commitment to operational excellence with our partners, customers, and community.
